Located in Normandy Park, just a short drive south from Seattle. Features 3 sound proofed rooms and a control room, powered by a Pro Tools HDX system. Capable of recording single artists to full bands.

This studio is owned by the Tejano group and all their albums for Hacienda Records have been recorded here. Winners of TTMA Percussionist of the Year in 2003 (Sean Rodriguez) and STCA Single of the Year in 2005 (Llorando A Solas).
